Memo
All of our home furnishing and accessory items are available on 24-hour memo so you can actually see how they look in your home before buying them (in store purchases only).
Methods of Payment
In our store we gladly accept Visa, Master Card, American Express, Discover Card, Checks and Cash. When paying by check a $25 service fee may be applied for returned checks. Funds, including service fee, may be debited electronically from your account. On-line purchases must be made with one of the above credit cards only.
Return Policy
We want you to be happy with your purchase. We will gladly exchange or issue a store credit for any merchandise returned in salable condition accompanied by a receipt within 14 days. Please note that food items are non-returnable. Items noted as special order items are not eligible for return or exchange.
Gift Returns
Gifts can be returned just like any other purchase if they are accompanied by a gift receipt or if we can look up the purchase with the original purchaser's last name.
Your Security and Privacy
Ordering from Fleurdelysus.com is safe and secure. Because we use SSL technology (secure socket layer - the industry standard and among the best software available today for secure commerce transactions), all your information is encrypted as it is transmitted. For extra security, we do not store your credit card information in our system. You will therefore need to re-enter your credit card information each time you shop.
At Fleur De Lys we are committed to protecting your privacy. We use the information we collect about you to process orders and to provide a more personalized shopping experience. We will never sell or share your personal information with any third party.
Shipping Information
We ship all of our packages through UPS, Fed Ex, DHL, or the US Postal Service. Fleur De Lys reserves the option to choose the best carrier available at the time of shipment. Currently we ship only to the 50 United States. We do not ship to PO Boxes.
Multiple addresses
Each order can only be sent to one address. If you are purchasing several items to be shipped to different addresses, you'll need to place a separate order for each different shipping address.
Email Updates
When your order ships we will send you a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number so you can track your order.
Delivery Time
Items that are in stock will be shipped within 24 hours of receiving your order. If an item needs to be special ordered we will email you with an anticipated delivery time and request your approval before processing your order. All items are shipped ground or standard delivery. If you need rush delivery on an item, please call for a quote 949.548.0810.
Shipping Rates
You will be given a shipping quote at checkout based on the size and weight of the items in your shopping cart. Oversized items and items exceeding weight limitations may require additional shipping fees. You will be advised of any additional shipping fees via email before your order is processed.
Gift Wrap
Classically simple and appropriate for all occasions, your gift selections will be wrapped in our signature kraft brown boxes (larger items are over-wrapped in our kraft brown paper) and tied with a black grosgrain ribbon. Each gift is topped off with our elegant gold Fleur De Lys wax seal (see "Services" page for a photo of our gift wrap). Our gift wrap is provided on all gift purchases at no additional charge.
When purchasing a gift on line you will have the opportunity during check out to select the gift wrap option and to write a note to be included on a gift tag. If your gift is being sent to a different address then your other on line purchases, you will need to purchase it separately. We can only ship to one address per order. When sending a gift directly to the recipient, we will send the receipt to you. No price information will be included with the gift.
Sales Tax
All orders being shipped to addresses in California will be charged 7.75% sales tax.
In Store Sales & Promotions
Because our items are always changing, many things sell out before they ever go on sale. We like to keep things new and exciting and we move things quickly so you will not see a sale section in our store. However, we do have two big sales a year, in January and July. During these sales we aggressively mark down items to make room for a new season full of surprises. Its not a good idea to wait for a sale if you see something you really like (because it might be gone by then) but you certainly don't want to miss one of our sales because it's a great chance to find a fabulous deal or stock up on your favorite items.
